SHAMANIC ENERGY HEALING
Shamanic energy healing is an ancient and holistic healing practice rooted in ancient spiritual traditions which was and still is used by shaman or the medicine men in indigenous and ancient cultures around the world, such as those of the Amazon Rain forest, the Americas, Australia, Siberia etc.
Shamanic energy healing is based on the belief that illness and emotional suffering are caused by imbalances or blockages in a person’s spiritual or energetic body, and that healing involves restoring harmony between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person, to restore balance and well-being by working with spiritual and energetic bodies.
This practice typically involves a shaman or healer who connects with the spiritual realm to access healing energies and insights that can assist individuals in their healing journeys. Shamans are healers who can access the spirit world to facilitate the healing they act as the channel between the physical and spiritual realms, by channelling divine energy to address those physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
The shaman does this by connecting to mother earth to draw up the feminine energy and then connects to the multiverse to draw down the masculine energy. Then the shaman brings the two energies together in their heart space where they combine and create divine energy, they then channel the divine energy down their arms and out through the their hands.
Many people, including those experiencing trauma, chronic pain, or emotional distress, seek out shamanic energy healing as a means to find relief and restore balance. The benefits of this approach can be profound, often leading to increased emotional stability, reduced anxiety levels, and a deeper connection to one’s spiritual self, ultimately resulting in a more fulfilled and harmonious life.

Key Features of Shamanic Energy Healing
-
Spirit Work: Shamans often work with spiritual guides, power animals, ancestors, or other unseen helpers to identify and address the root of a person’s suffering.
-
Energy Clearing: Practitioners may clear "negative" or stagnant energy from a person’s aura or energy field using tools like feathers, rattles, drums, crystals, or smoke (e.g., sage or palo santo).
-
Soul Retrieval: A common technique where the shaman journeys to non-ordinary reality (a meditative or trance state) to retrieve lost soul fragments—parts of a person’s vital essence that may have been "lost" due to trauma or grief.
-
Extraction Healing: Removing intrusive energies or spiritual "blockages" that are not naturally part of the individual’s energy field and are interfering with the client's well-being.
-
Energy Infusion: After clearing or removing blockages, the practitioner may infuse positive energy or life force into the client, sometimes called "illumination" or “power retrieval.”
-
Ceremonial Aspects: Rituals, chants, and symbolic acts are often used to anchor the healing in a sacred context.
Shamanic energy healing is not a replacement for conventional medical or psychological treatment but is often used as a complementary practice. It appeals to those seeking healing on a spiritual level or looking for alternative ways to work through trauma, emotional wounds, or energetic imbalances.
